Purpose of PV Care Ministry
• To offer hurting people in the church and community a safe, confidential group setting where caring, nonjudgmental, trained facilitators can help them process life’s painful and challenging situations, learn from them and move ahead. This is done through group discussion and in some cases videos, books, speakers and other resources.
• To celebrate steps in the healing and growth process.
• To present people with the good news that God desires a personal, loving relationship with them.
• To encourage participants to pass on their blessing…to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. 2 Corinthians 1:4 (NIV)
Our trained facilitators have experienced firsthand the area in which they serve. The public is invited. There is no charge except for optional purchase of material used. Childcare is available during most groups.
